  • 2 ozNavy-strength dark rum
  • 2 ozPineapple juice
  • 1 ozOrange juice
  • 1 ozCream of coconut

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Pour over crushed ice in a hurricane glass.
  3. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.

Garnish: Nutmeg & pineapple.
