1. Acceptance
By using MixerNights you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. MixerNights provides cocktail recipes for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Free accounts may access free recipes; Premium access is granted upon confirmed payment.
3. Payments
Premium access is sold via Bitcoin through our BTCPay server. The "Lifetime" plan is a one-time payment granting access for the operational life of the service. Monthly access lasts approximately 31 days per payment. Because payments are settled on-chain, all sales are final; contact us for genuine billing errors.
4. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell or redistribute premium recipe content. Automated bulk access is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
Recipes involve alcohol. Consume responsibly and at your own risk. MixerNights is provided "as is" without warranty.
