🥃 Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 2 ozBourbon (or rye)
• 1 tspRich demerara syrup
• 3 dashesAngostura bitters
• 1 dashOrange bitters

Method

1. Add syrup and bitters to a rocks glass.
2. Add bourbon and a large ice cube.
3. Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until chilled and diluted.
4. Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in with a cherry.

Garnish: Orange peel & brandied cherry.
