🍋 Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 2 ozBourbon
• 0.75 ozFresh lemon juice
• 0.75 ozSimple syrup
• 1Egg white (optional)

Method

1. Dry-shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify.
2. Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a few drops of bitters on the foam.

Garnish: Lemon peel & cherry.
