Ingredients

• 1 ozRye whiskey
• 1 ozCognac
• 1 ozSweet vermouth
• 1 tspBénédictine
• 2 dashesPeychaud’s bitters

Method

1. Stir all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds.
2. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass.
3. Express a lemon peel over the top.

Garnish: Lemon peel.
